    Mark S. Landstrom, as a 35-year industry professional, Mark has managed numerous commercial, residential and retail properties throughout the tri-state region.

    Presently, Mark represents Tishman Speyer as the general manager for the 3 million square foot, MetLife Building, located at 200 Park Avenue.  Formerly known as the Pan Am Building, it sits on top of the Grand Central Station transit hub and has 20 million people travel through its lobby each year.  These unique challenges serve as a backdrop every time Mark plans a capital improvement project.

    Mark is a four-time BOMA NY board of director member and was named BOMA NY’s Local Member of the Year in 2007.  He has chaired the Preparedness Committee, Membership Committee and currently chairs the Codes and Regulation Committee.
