Joe leads a team at USAA that is responsible for providing property management operational support for the office, industrial, retail, multi-family and hospitality properties globally, owned by USAA Real Estate and its partners. The Operations team works closely with the 3rd party property management companies and the assigned property management staff and provides training and guidance on processes, procedures, accounting systems, budgeting and reporting. In addition, Mr. Markling manages the risk management and sustainability functions in addition to corporate contracting and procurement at USAA Real Estate.

Mr. Markling is the Chair of the Board of the California Business Properties Association (CBPA) and is the Past Chair and CEO of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) International.

Lynne Miller is a Regional Vice President with Charles Dunn Real Estate Services, Inc., overseeing office, medical, industrial and retail portfolios. Her responsibilities include supervision of portfolio managers in all aspects of management of the portfolios’ day-to-day operations, capital and tenant improvements, lease negotiations and financials as well as client relations, property management consulting and new business transitions.

With over 25 years of property management experience, Lynne has directly managed several class A properties and portfolios throughout Greater Los Angeles. She holds the Certified Property Manager®, Real Property Administrator® and LEED® AP O+M designations as well a California real estate salesperson license. In addition, she received a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of Maryland. 

Mark S. Landstrom

Mark S. Landstrom, as a 35-year industry professional, Mark has managed numerous commercial, residential and retail properties throughout the tri-state region.

Presently, Mark represents Tishman Speyer as the general manager for the 3 million square foot, MetLife Building, located at 200 Park Avenue.  Formerly known as the Pan Am Building, it sits on top of the Grand Central Station transit hub and has 20 million people travel through its lobby each year.  These unique challenges serve as a backdrop every time Mark plans a capital improvement project.

Mark is a four-time BOMA NY board of director member and was named BOMA NY’s Local Member of the Year in 2007.  He has chaired the Preparedness Committee, Membership Committee and currently chairs the Codes and Regulation Committee.

Mark has a degree in business management from Wagner College and a master’s degree in real estate investment from NYU.

Mark lives on Long Island with his wife and two children.

Todd Mitchell As a Director, Property Management for Bridge Commercial Real Estate, He provides operational and financial leadership to the property management teams throughout the portfolio. A seasoned commercial real estate executive, he also assists with the development of strategic priorities and objectives for the property management team, Prior to joining Bridge Commercial Real Estate in 2020, Mr. Mitchell was Director, National Property Management for Columbia Property Trust, and Vice President and General Manager, Atlanta, for Wells Real Estate where he led various aspects of property management from corporate implementations to communications, supply chain initiatives, vendor relationships and asset management support. In 2004, Mr. Mitchell founded IssaMAX, a real estate development company with a focus on mixed use developments. Mr. Mitchell is a member of CCIM Institute and BOMA, where he served as the 2017 President for the Georgia chapter. Education: B.B.A. Risk Management and Insurance, Georgia State University.

Jennifer Majerus

Jennifer Majerus has been with JLL since 2006, and is a 17-year commercial real estate professional. Throughout her career, Ms. Majerus has worked on the management teams of several high-profile buildings in the Chicago Central Business District and has earned her RPA® designation. Ms. Majerus currently manages a high-rise commercial building in the Chicago Loop.
