Celso Barcena is a General Engineering Manager for Hines.  He started his engineering career in Century City and is currently the Engineering Manager at the iconic US Bank Tower in downtown. Since joining Hines in 2000, Celso has been responsible for the engineering leadership of more than 4 million square feet of commercial office space.
