Robert has more than 20 years of experience selling SaaS, online marketing, demographic and research services that have helped real estate agents, brokers and owners conduct their business more efficiently. Prior to joining Genea, he was President and Co-Owner of Catalyst Analytics. He has successfully executed sales via inside and outside sales with a specialty in real estate research, data analysis, online marketing, software and subscription sales, and social networking. Throughout his career, Robert has developed winning strategies in sales, marketing, operations and business development. Mr. Vail received his bachelor’s degree at Loyola Marymount University.

Ed Cohan

Director of Business Development, Genea

Ed Cohan joined the Genea team as the Director of Business Development 4 years ago serving his background in SaaS sales and love for commercial real estate. Ed was born and raised in Southern California, and is an Alumni of California State University, Long Beach. Ed has been an active member of BOMA GLA for the past 2 years and is on the BOMA GLA Emerging Leader Committee.

Mike Maxsenti

Director of Access Control, Genea

Mike Maxsenti is the Co-founder of Sequr Access Control, acquired by Genea in 2019. He currently head’s up Genea’s Access Control Operations by helping enterprise companies and office buildings automate access control and security management to increase security while reducing costs. Mike was born and raised in Orange County, CA and graduated from College of Charleston.
