Space Design in the New Normal

Nelson and Jim will break down what investors and occupiers are doing to prepare for their tenants and employees to re-enter the workplace. They will also discuss what they are seeing with spaces under construction or newly leased. The need for collaboration and human-to-human interaction will be huge drivers in the evaluation. Attend this session to:

  • gain a better understanding of the changes that are needed and how they affect space planning.
  • hear what is happening with projects that are currently under construction as a response to the ‘new normal’.
