Service Contracts and Negotiations

Service providers are key in maintaining properties efficiently and effectively and service contracts are an important component of property management to achieve this goal. In this session, service contracts will be defined with each essential element of the contract reviewed. The discussion will also include information needed before issuing a service contract, including obtaining proposals and negotiating tips. Attend this session to:

Lynne Miller

Director - LA Property Management, Charles Dunn Company

Lynne joined Charles Dunn Company in 2014 and is currently a Director in L.A. Property Management overseeing a portfolio of office, industrial, medical and retail properties. Prior to 2014, Lynne worked for MPG Office Trust, PM Realty Group, Arden Realty and Cushman & Wakefield and has over 25 years of property management experience. She holds the RPA, CPM and LEED AP O+M designations as well as a California Salesperson license. Lynne obtained a Master of Business Administration from University of Phoenix and Bachelor of Arts from University of Maryland.
